Full Biodegradation PLA/PBAT Cling Film Line
This line is designed for producing high-tech environmental full biodegradation PLA (polylactic acid) cling film and full biodegradation PBAT cling film.
Features of Machine
1. The professional plasticizing screw which is specially designed for producing degradable material with the advanced production technology can effectively eliminate the generation of gem.
2. The whole line is controlled by touch screen and PLC, all kinds of specially-designed safety buttons are complete, convenient and safe.
Characteristics of Product
1. The PLA (polylactic acid) cling film is a kind of top grade full biodegradation material, low carbon and environmental. The specific gravity is 1.24~1. 25g/cm3. The thickness is 0.011~0.030mm.
2. The PBAT film is the full biodegradation material, its property is similar with traditional plastics, with certain gas permeability. The specific gravity is 1.25~1.50g/cm3. The thickness is 0.011~0.030mm.
Main Applications of Product
It is mainly compatible with the environmental and degradable tray, packaging and storing the refrigerating products in luxury hotels and restaurants.
