Features of Machine
1.  The obvious difference with the traditional stretch film line, adopt newest 90 angle roll changing, with fast speed, short time, and no waste, the whole action of roll changing only need few seconds, that is mean it can produce length of 100m hand small roll, and 1500m machine big roll with high speed. It can use 3” and 2” paper core on line, reduce the procedure of rewinding, reduce the machine and worker investment. If we calculate as 4 rewinders per year, that is mean it can save more than USD40,000 per year only for the worker cost.

2.The winding part adopt advanced no tape auto film winding, when roll changing and the film from one shaft change to another shaft in high speed, the traditional mode is wind the tape on the paper core surface, winding by viscosity of tape, in this way, the film will be distortional when changing, beginning of film roll is not good, it will effect the film surface quality, each film roll has some waste in use. But our this kind of auto film line adopt advanced no tape auto film winding system, it can save tape cost, follow-up worker cost, time cost and film waste etc.

3. It adopt five-layer co-extruded technology, according to different customer’s requirement, in the material formula it is more flexible, more mature, and the cost is more lower.
4.The material loading adopt auto dosing and auto mixing system, it can ensure the formula preciseness and veracity, reduce the inaccurate formula because the worker, reduce the worker cost and ensure the product quality.


Main Applications of Product
1.PE stretch film can be widely used in wrapping of palletized goods. It’s a good substitute for hot shrink packaging film.
2.The silage film can silage forage feed to winter without the climate effect, so it has high economic benefits and become an important part of modern animal husbandry. The bale silage grass is a new storing method, which can keep the water of forage feed, improve the nutritional value, make high digestibility and energy, store and stack effectively, transport conveniently, reduce the feed lost and save the cost.
3.  Rust-proof stretch film can be formed insulation layer to avoid rust and aging in the metal surface.
4.  Anti-static stretch film can prevent the concentration of electrostatic charge in the surface of the film, avoid making dust adsorption area.


Basic on the 1500mm high speed four-shaft stretch film line in 2014, we research and development to launch high speed four-shaft stretch film line with finished width of 1800mm, 3000mm, designed line speed 450m/min and 550m/min in 2015, single machine can produce 20-35T/Day. The machine equip with USA imported “Maguire” automatic dosing system and USA “Cloeren” or Nordson-EDI auto T-die, France or USA auto thickness gauge, and Germany SIEMENS auto servo control system, for meet to the requirement of high output, low consummation, low energy and low worker cost of large stretch film manufacture factory, it highly reduce the production cost, improve production competitiveness. The future development direction will must be big company, high output and professionalization, will eliminate the company with some small machine, low output, high energy, more worker, and high labour intensity etc.
